Major mobility study launched in Frankfurt

VGF, which operates the underground and trams in Frankfurt am Main, has set itself the task of making an even greater contribution to the transport transition. VGF has therefore decided to continue its long-standing continuous market research in 2024. In addition to the image and customer satisfaction survey already carried out, the survey programme for 2024 has been expanded to include a comprehensive survey on mobility behaviour, a study on the customer journey in public transport and an analysis of the possibilities for changing behaviour when choosing a means of transport (potential analysis).
We are delighted to be able to provide sound empirical findings to strengthen environmentally friendly mobility in Frankfurt.
