Quality Measurement

Objective and regular quality measurements for the operation and maintenance efforts in public transport are the basis for the management of the services. Metrics are an easy way to enable easier definition, implementation and review of the internal objective quality using action recommendations. Objective measurements are required to implement the quality loop for public transport. This ranges from the review of contract-relevant aspects to integrated measurement of the service quality.
