Passenger Survey in the Alex Süd Subnetwork

 

The Länderbahn GmbH (DLB) provides transport services in the ALEX Süd subnetwork routes from Munich to Oberstdorf and Lindau.

In line with the requirements of the cooperation agreement for the revenue distribution and fare system application with the DB Regio AG, traffic surveys to determine the revenue entitlements must be conducted on a regular basis.

PB CONSULT organises and conducts surveys on behalf of the Länderbahn. The passenger load on the trains of the ALEX within the area of operation is recorded.

Only PB CONSULT staff that was trained for this purpose and the survey areas is used to provide this service. This way, we can ensure high levels of precision and reliability as well as accurate and timely evaluation of the survey data.
