Accessible bus stops in Nuremberg – The modification takes shape noticeably

In 2018 there were more reconstruction projects for accessible bus stops by Servicebetrieb Öffentlicher Raum Nürnberg (SÖR). As in 2017, PB Consult was responsible for barrier-free design, preparation of the tender documents and agreements with the competent authorities.

Beside the bus stops Langwasser Mitte und Röthenbach there were more stops converted to a barrier-free design:

– Dianaplatz
– Frühlingstraße
– Groß-Strehlitzer-Straße
– Jaeckelstraße
– Langwasser Süd
– Herrnhütte
– Stephanstraße

In agreement with SÖR and disabled rights organisations there will be more stops reconstructed in 2019.
