New Managing Director Georg Kern
Gauff Rail Engineering (GRE) is the new shareholder of PB-Consult. The purchase of 50 % of PB-Consult shares from Spiekermann AG consulting engineers, Düsseldorf was effective on 01.01.2012.
Accordingly, there was also a change in the post of Managing Director. Georg Kern (GRE) takes over from Karsten Schulz (Spiekermann AG). In addition to his new position with PB-Consult, Georg Kern is going to remain Director of ETC Transport Consultants, one member of the Gauff Group in Nuremberg, symbolizing the close ties between the Gauff companies and the new shareholder Gauff Rail Engineering with PB-Consult.
